Did you know that esteemed local and national talent Tannis Slimmon is a long-standing horse fan? Her mother even rode a horse to school from her farm house growing up in Winnipeg, and horses were a method of transport to town, and mode of working the farmland in her youth. Tannis visited us in the studio to talk about her love of horses!
