My professional development was learning to approach celebrities outside of the horse world, collecting new content and relationships that will drive traffic via social media, and networking for both mentorship (Jan, Liz) and new listenership. I also learned a great deal at the AGM on Sunday morning when they discussed the financials of the music oriented not for profit organization and the current landscape around arts funding in the province...
